   Proposal Description:
   The current research project aims to utilize a machine learning approach to develop a clinically useful algorithm to predict conversion to autopsy-confirmed Alzheimer's disease. We plan to focus primarily on neuropsychological test scores and other information readily available to neuropsychologists. Our hope is to identify a core battery of neuropsychological measures that, in conjunction with the algorithm, will improve diagnostic accuracy at an earlier stage of disease progression, allowing for earlier intervention and improved patient outcomes.
